Pre-Owned Pearl Signature Ian Paice 14"x6.5" Steel Snare (Serial Number #000003)

Here's something you don't see everyday. A unique opportunity, especially if you're a big Deep Purple fan,  to own one of the first Pearl Ian Paice Signature Snares ever made. In fact, with the serial number #000003 we believe that this was the first one ever sold to the public, the first 2 for were supplied to Ian Paice himself* 

The drum dates from 2002, which is the year they were first introduced. On close inspection, there's some very slight marks on the chrome work, but considering it's 20 years old, the snare is in excellent condition. We've fitted some brand new Remo Ambassador heads on the batter and resonant sides but apart from those, everything is original including all the locking nuts and rubber gaskets. 

A true collectors snare.
